Privacy Policy

Ana Constantin, as a personal data controller, is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. What data I collect
I collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Your message
I do not collect sensitive data (health status, financial data, religious or political beliefs). The content of coaching sessions remains strictly confidential and is not recorded or stored without your explicit consent.
2. Purpose of processing
- Responding to enquiries received through the contact form
- Coordinating and scheduling coaching sessions
- Communication related to the services offered
3. Legal basis
Data processing is based on:
- Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without any justification.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), to respond to your requests and manage the coaching relationship.
4. Who I share data with
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. I share it only with the technical service providers necessary for this website to function:
- Resend (transactional email): for sending and receiving messages from the form. Resend processes data in accordance with GDPR and does not use it for its own purposes.
- Cal.com (scheduling): if you choose to book a session through the calendar button, Cal.com collects the data necessary for the booking according to their own privacy policy.
- Plausible Analytics (web analytics, self-hosted): collects anonymous visit statistics (pages visited, country, device). It does not set any cookies, does not track individual users, and does not store personal data. Fully GDPR-compliant by design.
5. Data retention
I retain correspondence and messages received for as long as they are relevant to the coaching relationship. If you request the deletion of your data, I will carry it out without delay, no questions asked.
6. Your GDPR rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: to find out what data I hold about you
- Right to rectification: to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without consequences
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics, the analytics solution I use, is cookie-free by design: it does not store any information on your device. For full details, see the Cookie Policy.
